The material and technical base of the Department

All laboratories equipped with modern laboratory department and industrial equipment, which not only provides laboratory practice of general engineering and special disciplines, but also semi-industrial development and implementation of processes to improve wear resistance, restoration and strengthening machines and structures.

For submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide environment using automated installation, welding center equipped with facilities for the implementation of almost all kinds of manual arc welding and surfacing of details from steel, cast iron and non-ferrous alloys.

Vacuum technologies allow to realize strengthen strengthening technology tools applied decorative and protective coatings, ion implant surface. Plants flame and plasma spraying can not only effectively restore full range of parts transport vehicles, but also applied and strengthen anti-friction coating.

Control brand materials, structure, hardness detail study on the e, X-ray and atomic absorption spectrometry and optical microscopes.
